1. The service

Get Aivisibl scans a website you provide, scores its visibility to AI search engines, generates fix files where an honest automated fix exists, and — on the Full plan — tracks live citation checks and competitor comparisons over time. Scores and citation checks reflect live queries to third-party AI models at the moment of each scan; results can change between scans because the underlying AI models change, and we do not control or guarantee their output.

2. Plans and billing

Free plan access has no cost and no time limit. The Full plan is billed monthly in advance — R2,399/mo for South African customers via PayGate, or the equivalent in your local currency for international customers via our alternate processor. Billing continues automatically each month until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Full plan subscription at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not end your current paid period early — you keep Full plan access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account reverts to Free.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started — the service delivers its value immediately (the scan runs, the fix files generate, the citation checks execute) at the moment of payment, so partial-period refunds aren't practical to calculate fairly.

As the one exception: if this is your first-ever payment on the account, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of that payment, provided you have not run more than 5 scans and not downloaded or copied more than 3 generated fixes in that period. Request it by emailing support@zeeder.ai from the email address on your account. This covers a genuine change of mind without covering someone extracting the product's value first and asking for their money back after.

5. Acceptable use

Only scan domains you own or are authorized to assess. Don't use the service to scan a third party's site without their permission, attempt to overwhelm or abuse the scanning infrastructure, or resell access to the service without a separate written agreement with us.

6. No guarantee of results

We never fabricate or simulate a citation result — every score and every "mentioned" / "not mentioned" outcome comes from a real, live query to the named AI platform at scan time. We do not guarantee that applying our recommended fixes will cause any specific AI model to mention, recommend, or rank your business — that outcome depends on models we don't control, and on you actually publishing the generated fixes to your live site.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Zeeder AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost business from AI platforms not mentioning your site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes affecting billing or refunds will be emailed to the address on your account before they take effect.
